It's because they're not so easily triggered as fans on bluemoon.

Liew has been trolling and offered up another tweet as bait and City fans did not disappoint him by biting, yet again.

City don't care about what some journalists write or the opinions of nobodies on twitter, City fans should do the same.

We're playing the best football the club has ever seen, winning almost everything, we're getting better and gaining new fans each and every year so why care about the throwaway remarks of people you don't care for or respect?
But the comments are just not on Twitter. They are in so called respected newspapers that are read across the globe.
It is a blatant, organised, concerted attempt to inflict reputational damage on Manchester City FC over a sustained period of time. As I say, if the club don't give a fuck then good on them. But the tens of thousands of City fans who actually pay their hard earned money to watch them every week actually do, as this forum very much confirms on a daily / hourly basis.

Football journalism in 2022 has been resorted to a parody of those fan channels. They're not even trying to hide their bias anymore. Given everything that happened in relation to the Liverpool game, surely it'll only get more pathetic from here.

If we beat them 4-0 the same crying fucker would be yapping about us ruining football or making it boring or something

You can never please these cunts. Honestly don't think they like football most of them.

Err...I would never have seen that if not posted on here.

I fully agree its blatant and semi-organised - I feel only the Guardian has most journalists following the same angle.

However i also think that it's best to just to ignore them and don't let them spoil what is the best period in City's modern history.

They are increasingly irrelevant and sidelined. I mean who really reads the Guardian or the Independent?

I only find out about them on here.

You are right of course, and I'll probably go to Hell for this, but I love reading what these bloggers, tweeters and shills are saying about us because every word, every contortion, betrays the pain they are feeling every time we win or even score. It actually increases my pleasure.
