Yes because he claimed she groped him in the stands so the question has to be asked why was he n the home end and how did he have a ticket for the wrong end.
It’s probably more likely she was in the home end than him being in the away end. The article doesn’t specify. But either way, it isn’t against the law to be sat in the wrong end so it’s irrelevant in a criminal trial.
