Apparently the Haaland "salary" claims came from agents' rumours and are not true. I don't believe City leak contract details "all the time" though it is possible it has happened on occasions in the past when the club used to be run by cowboys ie the Swales era. The £850,000 a week figure has been repeated by the press pack because that is how they operate to cover their backs. The more a lie is repeated the more true it becomes in the public eye.

I think it is probably a waste of time chasing the Twitter loons but the club must demand that the PL takes action against Klopp for bringing the game into disrepute. You can't have a fellow manager pushing lies (and that's what they are) about our owners. Klopp is fuelling the hate. It's not an accident because his bosses at FSG have been doing poisonous private briefings about our club for years.

He's only doing what the GPC did for years.

The media - dying on its feet - has a commercial conflict of interest that renders them nothing more than amplifiers for whatever narrative the rags and Liverpool want to promote.

The more Klopp lies, the more opposing fans pull him up about his lies. Opposing fans aren't fooled anymore. Only Liverpool fans and City haters believe Klopp. Even the press know Klopp is lying, but it's their job and in their interest to push his lies.

Exactly. If the Dippers win today it will be classed alongside one of those FA Cup giant killing games. It's shite and if anything Liverpool fans should be embarrassed. If he was saying a full strength Liverpool would challenge City but they don't have the same strength in depth as us, then fine, you couldn't argue with that.

It'll be hell if we lose to them today. Luckily our manager doesn't get involved too much with this shite and if we do lose he'll take it on the chin and get on with it.
