Well the world and his wife all knew weeks before that Haaland was coming to City so no big deal for me.

We did because there was a buy out clause that City met, and so were allowed to talk to him, one can only assume that City have given permission to Chelsea.

Reported on BBC News that Raz had agreed terms with Chelsea as though everything about the signing was done. Never seen that before for any player when a transfer between the clubs have yet to have been approved. I know we're quite accomadating when a player wants to leave but even so it's not right.
