Thing is, sportswashing is just made up bollox that means nothing. So you can't actual prove or disprove it

I’ve said this before but maybe it’s worth repeating. Man Utd and Arsenal have had tens/hundreds of millions pumped into their clubs by Saudi Telecom and Emirates. so the media are saying, it’s ok to take “blood money” in the form of sponsorship, providing the regimes don’t but a stake in the club? Either way you slice it, it’s “dirty money”. Why the fuck are they never called out on their hypocrisy? Our old mates Liverpool are used as a “sportswashing“ exercise by Standard Chartered Bank. Why won’t someone call that out?

‘Sportswashing’ isn’t a legal term and has no basis in fact or in law, as it’s essentially just a made up thing, I’m not sure on what grounds anyone could sue anyone else. It used to be called displaying ‘soft power’ and was something the UK was very good at, before it wasn’t.
What city could do, on the other hand, is just tell Delooney in particular, or the independent in general, that they’re no longer welcome in the stadium.
I would also imagine that, as he must be a man of principle, this would have no effect as he surely doesn’t ever take himself to the blue side of Manchester., as a form of protest. Similarly, I’d imagine he won’t be going all expenses paid to the 2022 World Cup either……..
 
Posters on here used to come on and moan about Talkshite. The usual and correct reply was 'well don't listen to it'.
Posters have now changed from Talksport to Sky, asking why our club don't ban Delooney, don't sue him etc. He is on there, like Neville is, to whip up the sad rag bastards. If you are daft enough to watch SSN, please realise, you getting wound up is exactly what they want.
SSN is available to me free but I do not watch it. They will never say anything good about us so fuck "em.

Apparently the UK goevernemt was warned about the tortuous regime in Rwanda, prior to trying to send asylum seekers there. Meanwhile, Arsenal trouser millions off them in their ‘visit Rwanda’ sponsorship!

I agree he shouldn’t be allowed on Sky Sports to say such things unchallenged. But Sky Sports bottom line is profit. They don’t care how City fans feel they just want their core red audience to be happy.

As for going against him for slander about Sportswashing. I think this is difficult because it is such a generic meaningless term that it can’t be proved or otherwise.

Plus the club are possibly embarrassed on his behalf because despite talking of Sportswashing I believe he’s going to this years World Cup!!

Do City want to give such a person any credibility ?

She tee’d him up so it’s behind the scenes who making her ask that question! Don’t why city just we don’t mind this narrative as long as there is someone on there who questions them on why they think the way they do! When Deloony mentioned sport washing why can’t he be asked what is sport washing and how is it benefiting the clubs? Also why is it ok for football clubs to have sponsor from that region why are Liverpool allowed to wear a shirt sponsor who HAVE been done for sports washing! The likes of Deloony Harris I’d never questioned they’ll get a free pass till they drop dead!

whilst going after some no mark would give said wanker unwanted publicity, the club should start the conversation on what this so called sportswashing is and who it applies to. Our dear Queen Liz owns numerous race horses and I assume she has her own highly valued stables. Is this our monarch sportswashing? Serious question. Should Ferrari and Rolex etc refuse to sell their products to Saudi or rich oligarchs? Where does it start and end? The three red histreee teams all appear guilty of so called “sportswashing“ so merely ask the question. Plant the seed. Everything we have achieved has been ruled invalid by our MSM. We have nothing to lose.

Correct but these spouting this Never get questioned on it they get a free pass to say what they want about us..
