Its like those 3 teams are the only teams with mega rich owners, he also intimates that we are cheating and cooking our books.
If Liverpool owners didn't take so much money out of the club, they are more than capable of competing with us financially, our income levels are very similar.
I'm pleased our club told him he wears red pompoms, he clearly does, why should he have free reign to slag us off, repeat bullshit lies and then expect exclusive interviews. In this article he accuses us of twisting our salary figures, the "kopites" will lap this up as usual. I wish our club would make a stronger stance, ask him to explain his defamatory comments under threat of legal recompense.

Whys is everyone obsessed with haalands wages apparently we our the only club who could afford his wages even tho salah's on 400k and ven sanchoo is on 350k a week and ronaldo on 700k a week warming a bench. This spity fook thinks he's got the right to speak to Silva

Rags were chanting Chelsea rent boy at Wio who they dispised for trying to join Chelsea. People of my generation are far less shocked by homophobic abuse as we grew up with it. The worse thing you could be accused of at my school in the early 70s was being a p**f and if you liked T Rex instead of Slade, or Bowey instead Rod and the Faces you were a p**f. !!!

Speaking of… I went to the drs recently and told him i’m all over the shop I feel like a wigwam one day and a teepee the next. He told me take these you’re too tense.

I remember a ridiculously overblown documentary presented by the tragic Justin Fashanu’s niece a few years ago exploring homophobia in football. One manifestation of this prejudice that she was keen to highlight and condemn was away fans at Brighton singing “does your boyfriend know you’re here” and “we can see you holding hands”.

Not offensive to anybody sensible regardless of their sexuality I would imagine but I wouldn’t risk singing that at a match these days - some busy little woke snowflake would have given your seat details to the Offended Hotline before you got home.

The narrative given about Justin Fashanu committing suicide due to homophobia in football & they never mention his impending trial in the US for sexual assault & fears of an unfair trial in Maryland.

It gives fire to the argument that the ordinary fan or footballer is a knuckle dragging homophobe as opposed to media witch hunts & the US criminal justice.

whether any Chelsea fans were, or should have been, offended, is not the point. The point is the rags were using a term that relates to sexuality as a slur. It is the intent to give offence, and the reason for it, that is objectionable.

still, if the hill you want to die on is defending rags singing homophobic songs, fill your boots.

What he's asking is where do you draw the line regarding what you can sing and what you can't sing nowadays and who makes that decision for you? Discuss:
