I'd love to know what extra clauses are included in these contracts above and beyond the usual. Surely there must be something to protect both sides?

I'm glad to say I've been conclusively vindicated in my original view. His ability to construct any kind of reasoned argument is manifestly pitiable. This notion is bollocks, as well, not least because when he tries to deploy what are big words by talkSPORT standards, he frequently misuses them. For instance, the last time I looked at one of those short videos of him making a point, he used 'patronage' as a verb. That's not indicative of someone who's articulate in any way (the word you were groping for ineffectually, Simon, was 'patronize', in the sense of being a regular customer). All this shows him up as someone who's trying desperately to look clever but is really an impostor, lacking any genuine intellectual prowess.

That's to say nothing of the fact that he's risibly proclaimed an expert in the off-field side of football when his credentials involve inept blundering to lead Crystal Palace into an insolvency event. Only in the British sports media could a demonstrable clown and weapons-grade **** like this be held up as a paragon of informed intelligence.

Talksport is just noise to join up adverts.

White noise through shone through the prism of football to keep minimal engagement of the listener until it's time to blast them with another advert for the builder's merchant.

Just goes to show these cockroaches know exactly what they've been doing and adds extra weight to the "Organised and clear" statement.
Are all the naysayers still of the opinion "it's all in our heads" and we all have a tin foil hat attitude to the medias constant negative bias with regard to everything we do?
 
Not an Americanism I don't think but the word that is overused the most in the UK is:

Amazing

Everything now, not good, or very good, even average, its Amazing.

I mean the biblical coat of many colours was accredited to Lloyd Webber's eponymous character as:

"Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat".

Fair enough, but that Scouse wanker Rimmer on Sunday Brunch makes a donut and calls it amazing, no, it's fucking not :-).

More than decent, and details pretty much every objection made by informed and sensible BM posters about media bias over the years. And Bajkowski’s not a Blue, which makes it even more on the money.

Love the bit about Boehly “who appears very much not to be a nation state” lol. This article should go viral, and probably won’t.
