Thanks mate! To be honest I had a load more to say about finances etc but I was genuinely interrupted so many times that I never got to those points. Ah well.

Still, think I held my own well! Oh and the Neville thing - I absolutely planned that in advance ha. I was going to call Carragher and Neville out for not liking City and I knew the latter would get defensive due to Salford meaning he ended up defending us in a way. Played him like a fiddle! :)

I noticed the interrupting, others have said as soon as someone gets on a phone-in & change the narrative then they are cut off.

You’ll know when you’ve won. You will get a bollocking & never get invited back.

Yeah well in twosips, it’s not easy having all the answers to hand when put on the spot, even the Chasers on itv get questions wrong that they answer correctly 99 times out of hundred. Whatever people think of Neville, he’s an aspiring politician & club owner, and gets paid for his opinion, his knowledge of the subject matter is quite broad, no matter how skewed/biased his opinions are sometimes. Carragher on the other hand just sits there like any other Scouser trying to be the funny man and looks out of his depth.
You’ve also got the entire room ( which resembles the old WWF prime time studio) waiting for you to make an overstep so they can jump on it, and change your BM to twoslips: !
Hope the little fella is doing well :)

The DT have a report this morning about the netting and mention that it was the Dipper scum and CFC fans who were to blame. They even reported that Hogan, CEO of the club, telephoned the father of the girl whose head was split with the pint point of money lobbed down. No mention, though, that they have offered to pay damages on behalf of the animal who lobbed it, or visits to a private plastic surgeon to ameliorate the life-time scar she has.

I think the lobbing of stuff down on to Level One during those two matches was far worse crowd misbehaviour than the 'invasion' of the pitch at the end of the Villa game last season, including the 'barge' on their goalie. The latter cost the club a quarter a million pounds. What fine did Liverpool get, or was that another one they slapped on us?
@Dave Ewing's Back 'eader did you notice how the Talksport Telegraph included we HAD sung anti Hillsborough songs and we HAD put graffiti on doors but it was only alleged the dips had thrown coins.

Oh and it's now been removed from the online version. I wonder if that is to remove my feral rats comments (plural) and calling several posters idiots.

Didn’t watch the early press conferences, but I see no quotes from Bingo or Howe on the PL charges, so assume they weren’t asked. Interesting, as they’d be prime targets to get a quote off.

Fair play to Eddie Howe, shut the question down immediately, "let the investigation take it's course" to the disappointment of the Sky wanker.

Those 2 words do not go together
I'm not making a comment.

Kevin Parker, general secretary of the club's official supporters' club, admitted all of these achievements would be slightly stained if the club was found guilty.

'I've placed my faith in the football club,' Parker told The Sports Desk podcast.

What do financial charges against Man City mean for the club and English football?

'[The achievements] will be tainted if the club are found guilty. If anything I'm hoping as a City fan it has this mentality to bring everyone together.

'No matter what might happen in the future, nobody can take away some of the special moments we've had.

'No matter what happens off the field, nobody can take those fantastic moments away from us.'

I’m no historian but I’m pretty sure there’s never been a set of rules brought in to stop an individual club before they’ve even broken any (FFP)? Nothing will be tainted for me, I’ll be forever angry at the cnts for ganging up on us and denying our owner the opportunity to spend his own money to challenge the top 4 or five greedy clubs that were and would forever be untouchable without the Sheiks investment, and at the rest of them in the media for all the spite and bile they’ve thrown at and encouraged to be thrown at us by the rest of football. Fuck em.

As I understand it the PL will be judge of this pantomime, and the jury will comprise any twelve of the remaining PL club chairmen. The executioner is yet to be named but I suspect he will be drawn from PiGMOL's best.

At least half a dozen of those chairmen who will be anti-City at the meeting will be bending over backwards to get City's vote when the ESL is being set up.

Same snouts, different troughs.

Kicked out of the PL, straight into the ESL.
