Maybe the club should be giving special access to a younger breed of "journalist" that wasn't brought up in the age of Liverpool or United dominance. Sow some seeds, as it were. Encourage them to grow into sympathetic reporters. Let these old journalists wither and die (journalistically speaking, of course, with only a few exceptions) in the next ten years.

Start a "school" for football journalism, football analysis and sports financial analysis maybe.
 
Speaking about the BBC post match coverage...

I was a bit frustrated when Lineker talked over Pep while he was in the middle of answering a question. Pep was talking about the emotion of winning and how special City was to him and Lineker just cut him off.

I guess our Gary just can't stand anyone else being the centre of attention. A bit sad really.

Get a load of this. He was in the neutral zone asking one of the glazers if they was selling up and why aren't you talking to the fans and letting them know and get this, Harris sounded like he was going to cry asking the question.

I had thought about doing that, but decided it was too childish. :)

While you are here, though, what is your view on that twat wearing his 97 Not Enough shirt. A public order offence? On what grounds? Ignore the question if you still have a sore head :)
