I have been getting the impression recently that a lot of this hate for City is going over people's heads. People are seeing the football we are playing and how good it is. Talk about not reading the room, this past week I've had Rags, fans of most of the London clubs (apart from Arsenal who now seem to detest us), Leeds and even a Dipper say they hope we win and even had a decent chat about it, I think generally most actual football fans are as sick of hearing about the spending and the PL charges as much as we are tbh, most acknowledge their clubs aren't squeaky clean and know they have have had big investment previously.
