It's a crowded field, but this is up there with the most egregious examples I've seen in the past few years of sports hacks weighing in on the legal and business aspects of football and showing themselves to be utterly clueless on the topic. Still, Wallace did once say that David Conn's 'Richer Than God' was the best sports book he'd ever read, so the guy's clearly a moron.

Hahaaa ...... Ouch. I would like to see some of your briefs if they are like that.

Err .... Legal briefs, you understand.

The last part of his rant…

At the hearing there were 12 present on City’s side. From Uefa just four in the room, and two British counsel attending by video-conference call. It would be a most damaging defeat for Uefa, and its failure to enforce its own rules would contribute in no small part to the disquiet that prompted the Super League breakaway. Now it is the Premier League’s legal team that faces City’s lawyers, who already have one notable scalp. City, needless to say, deny any wrongdoing.
Utter twat that Wallace .

No,because no one on this board reads it.

We have specialised scholastic commandos who can read the daily mail and twitter so that we don't have to, them being above reproach and trained not to believe anything that's printed.

They then post the entire newspaper daily onto the forum.

Yes, I have worked in Isreal, Palestine, and Jordan. I have visited the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.

But I know the mods will be by to tell us this isn’t the place for this discussion. And I was genuinely trying to put it to bed and convey that I love you as a fellow blue, so let’s pick it back up in the politics forum after what will hopefully be a brilliant day for us. Then you can tell me how sanctimonious and wrong I am as much as you like. :-)

Ooooooooo ..... can I take a ticket? :)

I occasionally amuse myself by looking at the Express's 'football' page which usually comprises Manure / ManCity stories at a ratio of 50 / 1. So - on this day of days - will the Express change their policy and give the English team due coverage ? Well : Manure... 6 major stories and 10 minor stories. The rehabilitation of that reformed gentleman - Mason Greenwood and progress with the Qatari takeover Liverpool 4 stories Arsenal 3 stories West Ham 2 stories So what about the team representing England on this very day in the Champions League Final ... . Man City: just the one story ... Is Haaland a fraud ? I would like to read an assessment of how The Old Trafford Ministry of Truth control the objective and independent British Media.

The Daily Telegraph are a disgrace . Their chief football writer leads on this day of all with a rallying cry article on why the FA should not repeat Urfa’s mistakes in the legal assault on our club.
Followed up with a critique on how Inter should set up to beat us .
Then a diatribe about how we may do the treble but no one is interested.
I urge all blues to pile in if subscribed to the DT . I just cancelled my subscription.
Cmon City stick it to these bitter rag journo twats for me.

The PL has already made the same mistake. They charged the club. Missssssstake.

Which outlet is that from?

Want to look out for the warrantied “the is blatantly racist” watchdog articles about this.
