You mean Chamakh. I don't know about him at all really, I can't say I've ever watched the French League with any great interest. He doesn't seem exactly a prolific striker from his stats on Wiki (great source I know), 46 goals in 192 apps and with the Premier League being arguably a much tougher league, I don't expect him to fair much better. It seems quite a few fans are calling out for us to target Huntelaar as a replacement instead, whilst he does have an excellent goal scoring record, it's largely down to the poor quality of the Dutch league so I don't know how well he would fair in the Premier League either.

fair points, i have never seen the guy play in all honesty, just wanted to see if he was any good .... im sure he wont be awful ..... think how well adapted Henry became to the EPL ! .... i would love it for him to be a top striker for you guys, would just make every weekend, except when you play city ! more fun to watch :-)

You should get it into your head that most Arsenal fans wanted Adebayor to go. And we haven't just been bashing him because he is leaving. We bashed him when we thought he was staying...

We don't need to watch videos because we have seen him thoroughly throughout his time at Arsenal. Anyone can look great on youtube. Especially strikers because you just take their goals and they look like world beaters. The only youtube videos that are valid are match tapes...

It's from the Sun so more than likely they were, and I would prefer it if Arseshavin stayed with yers as I like the player and would like see more of him, hopefully not doing it against us of course.

I was just trying to make out the shidiot fellow fan of yours for the complete clown he is, Ade is not good? do me a favour he had an injury hit season last year and still had a decent goal to game ratio, Okay things went a bit sour between you and him but that's not to say he won't come and do the job for us and you got a good price for him so everyone should be happy?.

mate i know anyone can look good on youtube but i have seen a lot of adebayor in games for you and ok this past year hasnt been his best at all but he still had a pretty decent scoring record and the year before that he was phenominal! i just think youve made a huge mistake of letting him go!

Adebayor had a stint where he scored 12 goals in 9 matches. Six of his goals came against the worst premier league side ever. His goal tally was a fluke.
