Meeters and Greeters....Lord have mercy.........

Oh bizz, so that's what they are. I thought some of the long-lost Harvster charm had made a miraculous comeback when that blonde started smiling at me outside Mercedes.

My dad, who was a sensible, hard-working, family-oriented businessman, used to say that going to games was his way of letting off steam. That's what football should be about (within limits of course) - noise, passion, adrenaline, despair and joy - rather than some family friendly, theme park day out. Attempts to make it that will kill the game as we know it.

What somebody saying hello to my 13 yr boy who commented that was nice, what's the problem
What's the problem? Some Stoke or Leeds-supporting knuckle-dragger should be chasing him around the ground. That was good enough for me at that age!

This thread reminds me of this.

Which dickhead green as fuck wet wipe thought city fans needed a lovely greeting to the ground. What we need are kids running extortion rackets on the car parks and turning city square into a massive fernhurst style beer tent.

People saying they're doing no harm, leave them alone etc. - but there is no need for them at all. There are some real bellends working at our club nowadays trying to "enhance our matchday experience". The list just keeps lengthening week on week. All these stupid gimmicks really are pissing me off nowadays. I know they shouldn't, but they do!

Exactly this Danny.
It's getting to the point where all this type of stuff is actually spoiling 'the match day experience' and not enhancing it.
Someone at the club needs to take stock and stop what is going on before they do fuck it up completely for the
normal match going supporter.

What a pathetic post

spend the money on dealing with groups like the 1894 group and reading the atmosphere post after the Roma game ffs

- slash ticket prices
- employ less showsec
- leave us to stand
- make it easier to get into ends like K with the ground works (I bet we all miss kick off sunday)
- stop ridiculous bar ques and kids that can't pour a pint and take 30 minutes to pour two.

the above would be a start on spending the money to enhance the match day for me
