Had to do a wiki search, Ross McCormack last season 17 games, 14 goals then just left and came back to the UK.

McCormack was ironically an injury replacement for Fornaroli last season. But had to return to Aston Villa as they wanted some massive dollars and a deal couldn't be done at the time.
