I read an article this morning that said it was initially 20mill but they had now dropped it by 8mill. The article could have been wrong though.

if mancini's criteria is talent and age then why the fuck is this lad not signed up already? i find it extremely strange we're not being mentioned for him.....is he not expensive enough or sumat? not as if we'd be signing him up just off the back of 1 tournament either because he was fantastic in the u21 tournament and could tell he was class when playing for his club last season.........come on city get him signed.
