That reply always makes me laugh (in an angry sort of way)We could build more music venues on the campus to test that theory out, the solution is for everyone to walk so I am informed.
Yeah I think the least the Sheikh can do is build a space ship to transport every blueThe tram to ashton is packed after the game, my take on it is that the matro is waiting for the sheikh to pay for a bigger transformer so more trams can do the runs into town and ashton. Then and only then it be a better for city fans and concert goers

Some seem to think that the answer to all the problems faced with becoming the biggest and best city outside London is to walk.
We want to attract people from all over the UK and indeed the world but they must wear sensible shoes.
"Excuse me could you tell me how to get to the Eiffel Tower "
"Yes love, it's a 30 minute walk in that direction, I know it's dark, cold and raining but hey you chose to come to Paris."
I love walking around Manchester as it is a very compact City. The walk from the stadium is bloody awful though.Prove you love Manchester enough and show us you've walked far enough to make your stumps bleed.
Walking is often mentioned as an alternative to bus/Metrolink.I love walking around Manchester as it is a very compact City. The walk from the stadium is bloody awful though.
where do I buy a ticket from Scotland?Yeah I think the least the Sheikh can do is build a space ship to transport every blue
I moved out Northwich way from South Manchester a few years ago, and having tried multiple methods (train, driving to official car parks, driving to town then the tram), can confirm drive to Altrincham and then the tram is by far the least worst option. It's clearly best on a Sunday when the trams are direct to the Etihad. Can't you drive to Altrincham and catch the match bus or the tram?
That is well and truly buggered up with the 6th round FA Cup tie to be played that weekend. It will be the match day bus for me.Thank the lord there no home game Easter weekend .View attachment 185496
Ha ha, if only. What your walk to the Etihad might look like in the future with the canals central to the new housing of Holt Town.
We are also waiting for work to start on the new digital campus at what was Central Retail Park, Great Ancoats St.

Yes fair enough, I am just sceptical by nature. You love walking around Manchester so why can't this little part of Manchester be transformed? If one part has, why can't another? You have forgotten what East Manchester used to look like before the Etihad.

Walking along the canal is strongly discouraged and seen as a major risk in the planning application for the arena. What your walk to the Etihad might look like in the future with the canals central to the new housing of Holt Town.
