Did you ever stop to consider that a gang of scummy cowards might just have picked on an innocent bystander, which after all is the kind of person that most crimes are committed against, or do you KNOW better?
come on mate..My post is a little unclear perhaps.I mentioned if he was an innocemn bystander and meant if he was then its fucking bang out of order and totally unacceptable .No I dont know the circs but I reckon he has put himself in harms way by wanting a ruck with a load of half wits.In Most situations you have a choice and on this occasion IN MY OPINION he has got involved and come off worst. He could have chosen the other option to be a better man and just walk away.
Whats the result??he is fighting for his life. Tragic but avoidable. If I was in that pub I would not have gone out to have a battle because Im not a fighter but more so because my brain would tell me I could get seriously hurt etc. Before you have a go, i understand heat of the moment etc but this was avoidable.Feel for his wife and family but he knows the risks if you get involved in hooliganism
How do u know he is fighting for his life ?

So you don't think a Skull fracture,a bleed to the brain is serious enough to warrant me saying he is fighting for his life. If it was a minor injury I don't think his wife would be on here do you?
And to be honest what the fuck does it matter if it's life threatening or not. Both City and Uniteds so called hard boys make me piss.
Fucking hard boys. Put them in Afghan for a day and see how hard they are..Shithouses if you want my opinion but there you go.
Fucking hell, some of them are grown men no doubt with families, young kids..Pathetic and a stain on our club

I love fighting, always enjoyed a good scrap when competing in a controlled sport.
This is just trying to relive Dads/grandads glory days and its completely retarded.
Good move :)bgblue said:I was in the pub, and as loads piled outside, I got served straight away :-)
