Utd fans attack you...what do you do?

Let them do what they want?

You've got legs haven't you?

Been going for years and never once had a fight with opposing fans.
Walked past utd plenty of times and never been attacked.
They only do this out of fear- usually developed because another set of fans are chastising them or intimidating them.

Been offered out plenty of times, just laugh at them and walk away.

Like when we played Ajax over in Amsterdam, all the usual lot were there fronting up and giving it the big man.
Shouting abuse winding each other up.
Then they both went for each other like an hour after the winding up process.
I just watched on with my pint laughing at all the monkeys giving me entertainment.

Same scenario on Sunday.

Loads of lads fronting up, chastising each other for awhile then both groups going at it.
Here you can either continue watching on or walk away.
Plenty of opportunity to either:
Keep your mouth shut and just enjoy your pint.
Stand in an area away from the violence.
Walk away from it completely where there is no violence.

if you like fighting so much, go and join the Army.

It ain't big or clever, I have no respect for anyone who does it and you can have a sing song, great atmosphere, laugh with the lads etc without having to fight.

Not always as simple as that mate ...really.

The bit in bold is tosh as well........Utd attack blues for no reason at all.

Wembley for one example out of hundreds

LOL, I was at Wembley on that day and witnessed this.
I repeat - I've never been attacked by opposing fans.
Had plenty kicking off with me, hurling abuse but it's how you react to it that counts.
I've just laughed it off, and walked away.

I don't need to prove to any beer bellied balding muppet with no teeth who likes to fight how tough I am.
I mean who know's what may happen in the future? I might get my ass kicked next week at a match but
I'm just saying when fans have kicked off in the past I could easily of responded in an aggressive way and had a good old scrap but
I just found it funny, I find the whole football hooliganism thing funny can't help but laugh at it all, and just walked off into my own world with my pint.

Do what you guys gotta do. Just hope there's no deaths/seriously hurt.
The only benefit hooliganism brings is for the thousands of Asians in Singapore who are brainwashed to believe that Utd hate City (true) but we really go at each other and its one big competitive hot bed when in reality most of us just get along in our communities and might have a joke or two.

I love fighting, always enjoyed a good scrap when competing in a controlled sport.
This is just trying to relive Dads/grandads glory days and its completely retarded.

No never... First went in 1992 as a 7yr old bud.
My last experience was last season when we demolished em again.
All I came across was shitloads of foreign rags all speaking different languages.
Rarely ever came across any English rags.

If you want trouble you can probably find it.

Never saw the coaches attacked then? Both at wembley and old Trafford?

Didn't see the wembley way stuff?

Didn't see some of the stuff at the services ?

You must walk around in a different world to the rest of us.

Fair enough

I never said I didn't see it.
You aren't seeing my point.

I could of easily been angered by it all and started hurling abuse myself, screaming and shouting like some monkey at Knowsley but I didn't.
I didn't bite.

Complete wind up merchants. getting each other to bite and then eventually one attacks and this gives you the excuse to bite back.

What if you aren't being wound up? if you're just stood looking at them laughing it all off, then simply walking away.
This stops the whole escalation before it gets to the point where lads are cracking each others skulls.

Look, I love fighting. I've competed many times in a sport I love and have good memories but this stuff - there is no end to it all, no discipline, it's just wind up merchants getting each other to bite.

Damn I hate those rag bastards. Would I smash one of their faces in? probably not.
if he attacked me and I had no choice.. then yes I would defend myself, but there's a big difference between having a scrap with a gang of your mates than simply defending yourself when you have no other option.

Peace & Love.

It’s the same every time we play them - ‘they did this/they did that/they are horrible bastards’ etc etc. I can guarantee to you that only one of two things will sort this out, either, 1, The Police mop them up, particularly the old fuckers who should know better and the courts throw the book at them. This happened to City’s ‘mob’ years ago and they were never the same again, or, 2. City fans respond in kind, mob up in large numbers and give them a good hiding. Option 1 is preferable and longer lasting. However, no amount of bleating about it will stop it - it will just encourage the fuckers. So, GMP Police, if you are monitoring this board, get your act together and make some arrests, because if half of the claims on here are true, there is plenty of evidence if you can be arced looking for it.

No chance of any arrests when they're in the station have a brew. I was in Mary D's for my first time after a game and heared that rags would be on there way back when it all calmed down, I didn't know anybody in there but I heard it so you telling me the old bill didn't know with all their intelligence? I got caught out myself after last orders by two car loads full of them on my walk back home, the police arn't interested so don't kid yerself!!

What century do you think it is? There's no fighting in the army, well, unless you join the boxing team.
bollix, just go to the naafi or jrc on a Friday or Saturday night or when the lads get bsck from exercise and you can nearly always get a scrap

I don't want trouble in any walk of life but if you are walking 2 miles from a football ground , 3 guys a woman and a 14 year old kid and attacked of 12 blokes because the 14 yr kids blue top is hanging out of his jacket it is really easy just to laugh and walk on by.

peace and love indeed.

We're misunderstanding each other I think.

My point being if some red twats attack you physically and you can't run away you have no choice but to defend yourself or take a hiding or worse perhaps

Bunch of cunts, hope the lad in the hospital is alright, you shouldn't go out to watch a game of football and end up like that.
