Can some1 tell me why is still here , Hughes your a red **** , i saw him kiss HIS badge ( no other ) but is not playing for Saints or Bayern or even the club he supported ( Chelsea )

The solution is simple:
Loan out Micah In January, and get a quality, experienced Right back transfered in.
Micah needs to go, he's had enough chances with the first team.
Perhaps his age is telling here, to be a consistent performer at the back you need experience, and the ability to handle alot of pressure, to me Micah has crumbled under the pressure since the takeover last year. he just needs new surroundings with less pressure to perform, to allow him to grow, and eventually he'll come back a better player.

The first job of a full back is to stop the cross coming in. All too often Micah doesn't, and very often doesn't even get close enough to look like he's going to stop the cross.
But what infuriates me is the number of times he ambles, yes, ambles back when he's been beyond the halfway line. Not the odd time after a lung busting run, but pretty much always.
I'm not questioning his ability, just his appalling attitude on too many occasions. Quite frankly he seems lazy.
There's only one man who can sort that out and until such times he does I'd rather someone else pulls on the shirt. Zabaleta for me every time, until we sign someone better.

To be a top class defender you either have to be fast enough to get yourself out of the shit (Micah two years ago) or a great reader of the game(Terry).
Micah is currently neither.His positional sense is appalling,and when he gets caught out he's now got the turning circle of a tug boat.
Ferdinand is a prime example of a player that doesn't posess particularly great positional reading of a game,but has relied on his pace to get himself out of trouble for years.
Now the injuries have started to kick in,he's lost that "edge,"the initial burst off the mark-and it's showing.He's starting to make mistakes against quick players.
This is exactly what has happened to Micah,it's just 10 years earlier.....
