The solution is simple:
Loan out Micah In January, and get a quality, experienced Right back transfered in.
Micah needs to go, he's had enough chances with the first team.
Perhaps his age is telling here, to be a consistent performer at the back you need experience, and the ability to handle alot of pressure, to me Micah has crumbled under the pressure since the takeover last year. he just needs new surroundings with less pressure to perform, to allow him to grow, and eventually he'll come back a better player.
