I have been around gyms for 20+ years. I have never come across anyone with such large shoulder and back muscles who did not do a lot of weights.
Sat next to him, to be fair Carragher took it well. Carragher said he’d be there tonight for the Bayern/Utd game and said “Bayern have not lost a group game at home since when?” Micah said he had no idea, Carragher said “you were involved”. If I remember it was the 3-2 comebackWas he within spitting distance of the scouse **** as well?

No this was Mills, he says that Mills lives near him in Harrogate and when he seems him it’s like it never happened He’s a mate of Nedum
