Can it not just be his opinion? It does not mean he is biased, selling out to Sky, just that he might see things differently, in some instances, to how you see it.
Micah clearly thinks Phil Foden should play more often, as do many City fans. Its not surprising based on our struggle for goals and he is one of our most creative players.
Entirely predictable on here sadly and shows how paranoid some are when we are questioning Micahs integrity now.
I don't think it's a biased opinion and feel he genuinely means it.
But Sky over pushed it today and Foden even asked about it during his post match interview which he handled very well.
I wish they'd do the research though. Apart from the 1st week when we were short of fit players he consistently starts 1 game a week and never 2. Week after week after week,
This is the 16th week of the season for City.
Foden minutes played by week for the 1st 14:
1. 90+90 -2 starts
2. 63 1 start
3. 90 - 1 start
4. 0 - International break
5. 88+23 - 1 start 1 sub
6. 45+90 - 1 start 1 sub
7. 10+68 - 1 start 1 sub
8. 29 - 1 sub International
9. 90 - 1 start International
10. 19+90 - 1 start 1 sub
11. 24+90 - 1 start 1 sub
12. 90 - 1 start
13. 75 - 1 start
14. 90 - 1 start
15. 01 - 1 sub (and would have started Everton if not postponed)
16. 86 - 1 start
It's almost as if there was a cunning plan or something... you know, Phil is great but not as physically developed as many other young players, so we'll find the optimum way to integrate and develop him....and start him just 1 game a week
