He did have a long career but he didn't stay because he was producing the goods. He stayed because they could not afford to replace him.

I like him, tries to focus on positives and is a blast of fresh air after the staleness of the miserable cunts before. I didnt really like what he said about Foden yesterday. It was all very cliched and actually when you look at Fodens performances this season at times, he has not played particularly well. I do like him as a pundit, but that was all for the cameras and not very insightful at all.

I like him. He is entertaining and his analysis is getting better. He needs to watch the agenda though - he was banging on far too much about Phil needs to be starting every game mullarkey.

Foden has not played well this season? Really? I can think of one game where he was average but in the rest he was probably one of our better players.
