Micah Richards

It's a shame that it looks like his City career will end in with a whimper.

He had real promise for us for a long time. He was superb for early part of the title winning season but has regressed very badly through injury and bad form.

He'll no doubt leave in the summer when we'll lose 2 of our Club produced homegrown players in the squad (Boyata is the other).

Let's hope Zabaleta stays fit for the rest of the season.

I can't see any of the top 6 wanting him. I think his injury record will prove to be too costly for so many teams at the very top level.

He'll unfortunately be plying his trade for Spurs or Everton at the highest level. If not that, I can see him going to the Hammers or one of the newly promoted sides. Perhaps a swap deal for Trippier?

It's sad, because he could have been the best RB the club has ever had, but I'm sick of seeing "Richards has a problem", "Richards is injured" or "Richards has a serious knee injury" almost every week of the season.

Sorry, Micah.

He wants £80k a week so that rules out Everton. Spurs already have two better right backs, and they aren't great, either!

He's got Sunderland, Newcastle, West Ham or Villa written all over him.

I think the best bet would be for him to try a new experience abroad in Spain or Italy?

City will still want to do right by the lad, so we could see him used as a possible makeweight somewhere.

Was thinking after Wednesday Zaba could do with a rest this Saturday and then we just have League games to concentrate on so should be ok, and as soon as I think that here we go again Richards our injured, its the effect it has on the others too we should consider even Maicon helped out more last season!

Zabaleta is heading for an early retirement if we can't sort right-back out.

Academy or not, Micah HAS to go. His injury record defies belief and our only other option is Boyata, who isn't a natural right-back and is not a City level player.

Surprised they have not looked at turning Milner into an attacking right-back.

You're underestimating his ability, plus the fact he is English. Won't be surprised to see him end up at Liverpool/Chelsea/Arsenal. Saying that, I also have to agree in that I wouldn't be surprised if he does have to go to a team like Newcastle or Sunderland (no disrespect to them)
