You are just talking shit now. He owns Oldham 100 percent. When Micah goes Oldham get money. Simon can do what he wants with money. Is that simple enough for you???

I don't think you understand how companies work. If Oldham Athletic (2004) Football Club Ltd were to get a windfall as a result of any income stream and the chairman were to spend it on "whatever he wants", HMRC would be non too happy. Not to mention the other dozen or so shareholders who own a bigger stake than Corney.

This might be a transfer WUM on your part, but this is a very serious allegation that at best could lead to you giving a police interview and at worst appearing in court.

So could WW`s mate Simon then sue WW for libel ??
Taxi for WW !!

Yes, suggesting a chairman of a Ltd company, that's not posting a profit, is potentially going to pocket millions as a dividend is suggesting Corney is defrauding the other shareholders, illegally taking money from a non-profitable company before paying creditors and cheating the company and its stakeholders, in this case the employees and fans.

I'm guessing this is a child posting for kicks, but if he's serious in his allegations this is something I will bring to Corney's attention.

I am not the one going on about micas sell on Clause and oldham and I bow to your superior company knowledge on this one. Whatever. My only pOint on this was a percentage went to Oldham and I assumed Simon corner owned outright, one and the same thing or not I am not arsed. when I said spend on what he wanted I was referring to players or a new stand, not him going on the oiss with it.

My point is I have some Itk - posted about pellegrini in feb. got a fair bit right and have been driven off the forum. Hope you are all pleased and proud of yourselves,

Think you`ll find that the Number One Culprit is someone who goes by the name of :

Don't even know how or why this is being brought up. Okie seems obsessed with company law on sell on clauses - I couldn't give two fucks about it or where Micas sell on clause goes.

My point is I have some Itk - posted about pellegrini in feb. got a fair bit right and have been driven off the forum. Hope you are all pleased and proud of yourselves,

Don't be ridiculous - I simply assumed Simon corner owned Oldham and so got all the money. Stop trying to twist things and bring law into it. No need.

Ok pudge and okie cookie ducado and all the other pisstakers. Ask ragnorak what I posted to him about pellegrini on the 22nd of feb.

Something along the lines of

Pellegrini is definitely coming mate - I can't say how I know but it is definite.

Pudge - I am going to destroy you and I have not even started yet! Only played at looking at few of my old pms!!

Oakie - are you listening too???
The 22nd feb was the day pellegrini right out of the blue got backed into 6/4 from 33/1 to join us
And it was common knowledge that day that a move had been made

I've mentioned that date on here myself in the past when the big gamble started

If you had said the 21st you would def had been an ITK
But the 22nd I'm afraid not as the cat was already out of the bag mr web :)

Absolute tosh argument - is that the best you can come up with?? But you mate pudge said to lime was the first to mention it on the 7th of march. Show me where pellegrini was 64 on the 22nd of feb. cos your talking shit.

I guess you had no comeback to this once the facts were posted
Don't worry no need to apologise.

Explain then? Why are you so arsed about this? Simon chairman of oldham - they get percentage of sell on clause. Not really arsed about much else.

So the cash that City send (assuming Micah goes) will go straight into his arse pocket and not the Clubs ?? Haha you really are becoming a likul Billy Liar or very, very naive. For the benefit of doubt I`ll say green.

Gaz do nt twist it - him meaning he gets a percentage of the Micah sell on. Him being mr Oldham athletic. Leave it out.

I haven't twisted anything. It is there in black & white. Oldham Athletic (2004) AFC Ltd has eight directors, one of which is Corney. You've suggested an employee and chief officer, Corney, is going to profit from this potential transfer based of what he has told you. I'm interested to see what Blitz and the other directors think about this, never mind Corney.
