If he's found guilty on the evidence so far i wouldnt mind betting he will be applying for rule 43.

Without a doubt, then he'll get shipped off to a soft prison. Hope he gets napalm'd beforehand (if he is guilty)

It's VERY hard to bring these sort of cases to court.
The only ones that make it this far have to have pretty strong evidence.
Sad case all round.

If he's proven to be innocent i'm sure Michael le Vell won't care less whether 'mud sticks' or not ....... he'll just get on with his life , like Craig Charles did !
