Even now he's been found not guilty people will still look at him and think he could of done it! About time these cases was done in private and then name and shame if found guilty. We can't prove she lied just like she couldn't prove he raped her.

Guilty even if proved not guilty on Bluemoon by the sounds of it. She should be investigated and have charges brought against her like all people that falsely claim rape.

Maybe people accused should be kept anonymous until they're found guilty.
Either way it has pretty much ruined his life, at the very least it will never be the same again.

Yup I know of somebody who's life was ruined because he was wrongly accused of domestic abuse. He was wrongly imprisoned and was actually released after a few months and the girl was locked up for perverting the court of justice.
This horrible ordeal had huge psychological effects on the lad and has struggled to get back in to work.

not guilty, but did he do it or does she lie, the truth will never be known but one things for sure the cps should have never recomended prosecution in a case that was swinging to a not guilty verdict which is why they turned it away over a year ago
