Michael Olise | Bayern Munich Player

He's a sort of Trent Alexander type player. Can bring the ball up the pitch and cross for the forwards. His set piece delivery and free kicks are excellent, but his defending and positioning when out of procession needs a lot of work. I have seen him in the wrong half, trotting back when the opposition were attacking down his side. He deffo gives off 'not arsed' vibes.

And he doesn't celebrate scoring goals. What is that all about?

Two goals. 11 assists. At the age of 21. In a shite team that I think went back-to-back games without getting a shot on target at one point. He's a bloody good little player. Versatile, capable of playing multiple positions, smart, speedy... ideal Pep player. This would be a terrific signing.
I stand corrected. I also think he is a good player, which is why I think we could be interested. If he wasn't out for 3 months with a severe hamstring injury.

That was in March and they have still gone and bought more players so clearly not that accurate.

Yes they have bought players, but my original point was I don’t think they can go and spend another 200m. Anyway we shall see.

At worst it will be around 90/100m for Caicedo and 35m for Olise. They won't buy a CB. They will play Colwill.

They aren’t in UEFA comps so not subjected to the ffp regs they are probably gambling on being able to sell more before next season and balance the books PL ffp is less stringent and is based on losses over a number of seasons

I think some are still unsure how FFP works, Chelsea have been able to do the splurge and can continue to do so, but they will get hampered by it down the line.

ATM selling Mount at £60 million would offset a £300 million spend in this window if all on 5 yr plus contracts.

It’s the next 4 seasons when they start -£60 million that the issues can happen.

Chelsea have a plan of investing high on getting the best young players, time will tell if it works.
