As I said before, the palestinian population has quintupled in the last 50 years. I'm not sure your interpretation of that really holds water.

On the other hand, if I asked you if the Nazis committed genocide in 1940-45 because the Jewish population in Europe had (say) more than doubled in the 50 years before that, would that be a reasonable question?

I think this is true as well, the constant attempt to paint everyone supporting Palestinians is an antisemitic Hamas fan boy just simply stops working when there’s hundreds of thousands of them week after week in London, Paris, New York, Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester and it’s clear 99% are not Islamic extremists but normal people who can see that what’s being done to civilians is wrong.

Can’t really argue with that other than to say leaving Hamas in power effectively hands them a victory and keeps the conflict going ad infinitum. That’s not to say that trying to eradicate them is a great idea either. Israel are stuck between a rock and a hard place with no easy solution, and the Gazans are stuck with either being governed by tyrants or seeing much of their territory flattened in the attempt to rid them of Hamas.
I don’t know the answer.

In reality, you can't blast Hamas out of existence by killing the civilian population, you are just creating a future Hamas, or worse, strengthening the current one. You have to strangle it. It's a slow process but nothing in the world that can be solved properly, can be solved quickly.
