Significant, if true. Have Villa blinked?

which bit wouldn't be true?

None that I know of but the papers lie. Are these direct quotes from the man himself rather than silly journo fairy tales, then? I assumed it was the former.

no matter what your view of the press, the Telegraph (or any other paper) would not make up quotes from MO'N - they wouldn't dare.

im neither here no there with this, great if we get him, but as posted, the players we have acquired over recent months, ffs i keep on forgetting we've signed Kolarov.

I'm the same with Silva,
We signed David fookin' Silva! ffs

Spose once they meet up with the players and see them interacting with the other lads, we'll become more a custom to it. hope yaya plays tonight.

This has been an incredible transfer window for us (assuming the players all fit in how we are probably dreaming of now) - definately being greedy but if we dont get another Silva moment it will feel a little bit of an anti-climax

My guess is theres still a few more suprises, yeah he said he wants players in by such a date, but it doesnt really work like that

We still have transfer deadline day top come, wonder if we'll be up late again...?

Martin O'Neil's latest contribution (apparently).

Citeh are ripping the heart out of football. The FA should make a rule against letting rich owners in and taking over crappy clubs.

All gone strangely quiet on the Milner thing. I take it negotiations are ongoing?
None of the parties involved have mentioned anything about walking away yet.
