Missing woman Nicola Bulley - inquest (P 158)

there is only a gap of 10-15 minutes that the police cant find out her location this being the time she vanished, why didnt the police measure the speed flow of the river, lets say it was 5mph then they could have netted off the river 1.25 miles downstream if they had done that it would have saved them lots of hours searching the whole river which is around 8 miles

Pop on YouTube there are thousands of them. Our last match against Villa had a few well known sports ones and every game there are bloggers there. A fair few are at every big game in spite of not supporting any of the clubs involved.
I can't stand that "awaydays" tosser. He was at the WC, gets given free tickets over proper fans as well. Put your phone away and watch the f*cking game you div.

What? I thought it was when that lady found the mobile phone.
I read online (don't shoot me if it's bollocks) that the Lady who found the dog & phone, went home and told her daughter about it. I think the daughter must have gone to check it out and recognised it was Nicola's and then reported it, although I don't think that was immediately to the police, I think she'd spoken with the school first? All very odd.

Police said the first call they received was actually 2 hours after the last sighting of Nicola wow.

I'm not sure if that's suspicious or not. Whoever found the phone and dog would have had to establish who it belonged to unless they recognised both. Then they'd first look around the area to see if they could spot the owner. If they knew the owner they'd then contact either her partner or the police. If her partner he'd have come to the area and probably looked around and shouted her name. Initially you'd think there was a logical explanatory even though it appeared odd. When you realised she wasn't in the vicinity you'd call the police.

I guess because at that point it was just a person who had been missing for a short while. There was no real evidence that she had fallen in the river. She could have been safe somewhere. The police can't assume the worst case for everyone that goes missing.

It's the bloggers on platforms like YouTube. You get them everywhere now doing live vlogs from incidents and sporting events, the good ones make a lot of money from adverts on their channel.
There's been one of these cretins live streaming every night "looking for Nicola" with thousands of idiots blowing smoke up his arse.

Last night he was in the garden of one of the big houses nearby and was telling his audience he could smell a vile smell, then the house owner comes out and bollocks him for trespassing.

It just so happened that the house owner matched a description of a drawing that a psychic medium did of a "suspect" and this led to some of his viewers (from the other side of the country) ringing the police... like he'd cracked the case...

You couldn't make this shit up honestly.
