Missing woman Nicola Bulley - inquest (P 158)

There's been one of these cretins live streaming every night "looking for Nicola" with thousands of idiots blowing smoke up his arse.

Last night he was in the garden of one of the big houses nearby and was telling his audience he could smell a vile smell, then the house owner comes out and bollocks him for trespassing.

It just so happened that the house owner matched a description of a drawing that a psychic medium did of a "suspect" and this led to some of his viewers (from the other side of the country) ringing the police... like he'd cracked the case...

You couldn't make this shit up honestly.

It's nuts. That's the internet for you. Years ago he'd just be some nutter holding court in his local pub.

I suspect that many people's responses to this thread tell us more about their view of the world than about the facts of the case.

That's because the actual facts are very limited. Indeed the only actual fact is a woman went missing in a ten minute time frame leaving her phone and dog behind. Everything else is assumption and guesswork.

personally still think 2 hours is a long time for police to be called including the ‘trying to find out whose dog and phone it was’ in fact the dog had a contact number on its tag I think.

If I found a phone and a dog I wouldn't call the police straight away. I'd have a look / shout around, ask others (if anyone else was around)
Even if you did call the police, they wouldn't deal with it I'd imagine..... don't they say someone (an adult) has to be "missing" for a set amount of time before they look into it?

They'd probably tell me to call a number on the phone and find put who it belongs too.
