Two trainers coming onto the pitch to treat a player. What happened to the old man and his magic sponge?

The bench - give me a low roofed bus shelter with room for 4 people on a wooden bench. Now we have 3 or 4 rows of airline / cinema style seating with 7 subs, physio's (see above) kit manager, and all kinds of hangers on!

Injured players having to leave the pitch. Surely that team is at a disadvantage having to play with 10 men. Why doesn't the player who committed the foul also have to leave as well

Refs moving a wall back 10 yards then watching as they creep forward and doing nothing

Players nicking yards at throw ins as if that is compulsory. Having reffed junior games I get odd looks when I ask the kids to take the throw from the place it went out. They seem to think you can just walk down the touchline until they are stopped

Moronic celebraions after a goal, such as kissing a name of your child tattooed on an arm

Wearing gloves and a shirt sleeved shirt

sky/bt/espn whoever, ITV only have one fixture per round of the fa cup now and the league cup is entirely on subscribers tv.

Blame the government for that one though, they unprotected the rights to the tv. It will happen with the open golf and grand national soon
