More racism in Liverpool?

To be honest I would be ashamed of admitting I supported that club if RAWK is anything to go by, kike I said it wont be long before the sponsors start to get nervous, would you want to be associated with a club like that? A club that has effectively given support to a racist player? A club that can not see when all the evidence is presented to it that the player was guilty?

and they say a picture can say a thousand words

several booers as well as what looks like not a good position for the kid or the guy in the white shirt just to the left

Their fans annoy the fuck out of me, not all.
Our resident dipper at work wants to kick Suarez's teeth in for the hassle he has caused.
Amazingly he is realizing whet everyone else knew. Kenny is not a top manager espesh in the modern game and he wants Benitez back now.
I believe he is in the 0.00001% though regarding his views.

RAWK is a joke site, NEVER have i seen a site impose a forced view on members.
I am talking of course about the "Suarez is not a racist" tag.

that prick mickey quinn on talkshite this morning still maintained suarez was hard done by because his spat with evra was basically one man's word against another's. not when suarez admitted the offence it wasn't mickey you thick fat scouse horse bothering twat.

the black guy in the white jumper 'bottom right' dont look happy

Another thing that annoyed me was Dirk Kuyt who was almost first on the scene as if he was some peacemaker when his account of events in the Suarez incident had been found to be inconsistent.

Anyone else hear Paul Ince on ITV saying it was all blown out of proportion ?

it sounded to me like he wanted it brushed under the carpet

I studied for my degree at Liverpool and lived (rented) in City Road behind the Everton stadium for 2 of those years. Both sets of supporters displayed racism, but I always felt that Everton fans were slightly worse and in larger numbers. Others may recall the John Barnes 'banana' incidents and, although racism is not as prevalent throughout British society as it used to be, it still (sadly) rears its ugly head far more often than we would desire.

Thankfully, voices are raised AGAINST this kind of attitude in 2012 and this particular catalogue of events not only could well cost Liverpool FC dear, but also send a (needed) signal out to 'supporters' of other clubs that racist behaviour will not be tolerated any longer. Obviously, there will be those who will covertly still harbour the hate, but at least we don't have to hear it forced upon us.

There will always be a minority of race hate apologists (let's face it, some even frequent Bluemoon) but it's refreshing to see that the pendulum is finally beginning to swing in the right direction.

As for the picture that Ducado posted, I think anyone that claims not to see the obvious 'body shape' of the kid and the other things going on in that picture and draw the clear inferences, really does need to pay a visit to the Opticians. Soon.

The singing of the 'Suarez song' and the disgusting timing spoke volumes the other night.

Liverpool FC should be very ashamed at this moment in time.

I know an Asian lad (Pakistani) who i would never be mates with if them racist cunts did not exist.

He rented a house in Anfield and just the shit he could hear with fans walking past made his missus upset so they moved to Wigan.

I know Asian lads at uni who lived at the time near Main road who heard heard some racist shit once. Now im not saying we are free of such idiots but the massive. massive majority of blues are sound.
I personally do not know any racist people who are blue or of any other club.

The club are completely to blame here, wearing those T-shirts and refusing to condemn Suarez, even after the evidence and facts were presented, has allowed this situation to develop.

It has given idiots, such as the halfwit who has been arrested, free licence to act in the manner they are.
All Liverpool, the manager and club, had to do was apologise and admit they got this one badly wrong, but no,scousers being what they are, they can't help but play the victim.......

Kicking them out of the cup might just wake the ignorant fookers up - a shambles and an embarrasment of a club.

Couldn't agree more, except that I think that word should be 'condemn' not 'condone'

Hi mate,

Are you in Manchester? For some reason, I thought you were abroad?

I definitely think it's getting better but I have seen and heard a few.

The thing that's cocked it up for Liverpool is the Club's (especially Dalglish) stance.
