Say England "gave" the falklands to Argentina. What would change there. Surely there are conventions or something that would not allow anyone being evicted. Couldn't the inhabitants carry on their normal lives? If so is it worth going to war over something that wouldn't chaage that much. Or are there bigger things at play like oil.
