Wow this thread is amazing if slightly depressing. It puts into perspective how evil and messed up the human race is.

The Kevin Carter one is particularly disturbing and makes me think this photo because Richey Edwards had an obsession with him.
I don't know if you lot will agree it's a good choice for this thread but i always thought it was quite iconic and it always gives me the chills.

How can anyone do something so horrible to themselves.
I feel sorry for the poor guy he must have been in a real bad place in his head to do something like this.
And his uncertain fate makes this much worse, his poor family and friends not knowing what happened to him. I don't know whether to think he's a selfish bastard or a tragic figure who i should feel sympathy for.
I bet those who thought it was a publicity stunt felt bad about it when he went missing!
