Not sure, he seems too calm to be a manager, which should be a strength, but how many calm managers have been successful?

Ancelotti off the top of my head.

I think there is clearly another side to him, he's a born winner, the quiet ones are often the one's who are most passionate.

If he hadn't been injured from March onwards we would have gone up as champions.
You can also add Dave Phillips as being underrated.

Phillips had a wonderful first season but then his career went off the cliff.

Steve Mckenzie, crazy amount pain (250k) for a player who had never played a first team game but he was a quality player and scored "that" goal in the FA Cup final replay, never had the career his talent should have given him but I was gutted when he left.

I’ve said this before but he was a much better player and contributed to our successes under Pellegrini a lot more than some blues gave him credit for. Model professional as well.
