Kyle Walker, another I did not get, always though he was a knob and 50m was crazy money, how wrong I was, superb player and gets better every season, still a bit of a knob but he's our knob so that's ok.

There's the tragedy of it. As a club, we utterly missed the boat into the eighties. Swales and Allison have a lot to answer for. Swales more than Big Mal, obviously.
At least I can remember Big Mal's earlier period, with Joe as a steadying influence.
