Mourinho or Mancini

Some really good debate has broken out and it's been a pleasure to read.

Thanks to all involved.

Credit to Ducado for saying one thing that we all understood. Now I'm teacher's pet, at last!

What did I say?

Something about unseemly bickering between fellow blues. Did the trick and now look what's happened? Jose has been jilted for Pep!

Haha ... honestly i realise this will bother a lot of people but it would make sense to have one thread for all managerial talk. Threads about Mancini/Mourinho/Guardiola all generally contain the same discussions and I know how much Ducado likes keeping the board tidy ... :)

The reason we aren't top of the table is that we have played badly for most of the season.

Could have something to do with the rags having their 2nd best ever start to a season too
Too much sense in that stat, my view for what it's worth, we lost to the rags last kick of the game when Mancini pulled out of The wall, that would be a five point gap. The pope could be the boss and Sunderland would still beat us. Hardly a shit all season scenario.
Also Mancini did not get the backing in terms of signings, if he had his way hazard and RvP would be in city's colors and this thread would probably not exist.
I agree he did need backing and I said so in the summer when most said we were fine.

However that does not excuse winning a solitary point against a team that costs less than we paid for Kompany. It doesn't excuse the alarming drop in goals and it doesn't excuse the lack of plan b.

He wanted RVP whilst he had 4 strikers on the books.
His stance to Adebayor helped weaken our selling position.
We bought a faded Maicon when any fan who watches Italian football could tell you he's on the wane.
Not a fan of sacrificing players when pressure comes on. Hart, Richards and Nasri all hammered, sometimes best behind closed doors, no?

I'm hearing a lot of people saying 'do you expect to win the league every year?' like its some unknown feat, United have done it for years and we have a better squad than United and Chelsea at the moment so not retaining it is poor, especially when we can't blame tiredness form CL campaign.

I hope Mancini does well for us and stays for years to come but only if the silverware is coming in and we make good headway in Europe. I'm all for learning on the job but Bobs had Inter to learn from. Jose and Pep did well from the off didn't they?

Good point
Athough athletico are performing better than madrid at the moment aswell.
Give 5 or so a weeks and I guarantee Madrid will be ahead of Atletico in the table.
Maybe they will be
At the moment though they are out performing jose's team.
Is Someone having a civil war on his hands? Captains acting like cunts.

Load of bollocks.

Pull the other one. You blatantly done a sluralex and contradicted yourself. United good Starr used as a reason yet you and the other clueless knock Real for trailing Barca. Ycnmiu.

How many captains don't celebrate winning goals that save the game in a CL key game?
How many captains square up to managers?
How many refuse captains armband on field?

Jose is having a war vs the greatest team of an era/ever and a war with some players. Nightmare scenario for any manager.
