Mourinho or Mancini

If we want Mancini to continue as our manager then lets fuck the Champs League off all together. Get the Sheikh to invest as much as he wants into the team (cos FFP won't matter) and dominate domestically forever.

If we want to do well in Europe as well as domestically get Mourinho.

It's that simple really

Well I've just looked at the stats from the Everton, Arsenal and Chelsea games and compared them to last season. In every case we had almost as many shots on target (1 or 2 less) as last year. That to me says the problem is missed chances. Oh, and we're still the 2nd highest scorers in the league currently. Creatively bankrupt indeed.

You have actually watched us play, have you? The stats can tell you only so much and you can see just by watching us that we are not playing as well as last season, irrespective of how many shots we are having or goals being scored. We just are not.
I've said this about thirty times now; but we're playing no worse than we were from about December to April last season.

Was just thinking exactly this. Hope last season's trend is reversed this season. If it is, we'll walk the title.

This must be why Mouriniho's current team are pulling up stumps domestically this season.

What pisses me off most about all this is how the haters seem to be incapable of recognising that the qualifying stages of the CL are no bugger's idea of a level playing field. Not for one minute do I think that Bacon or Wenger would have got their respective teams through a group containing the champions of Germany, the champions of Spain and the champions of Holland.

FFS the cry babies need to get a grip.

Forza Mancini

Yeah but we're the champions of England Pam. A league that is recognised for being the best in the world.

I'm afraid that argument doesn't wash with me. There are loads of managers that would have at least got us 1 win in that group.

That's the problem with our media, they have you thinking Englands league is the best, it isn't by a long shot and you'll see that when Manure and Arsenal go out at 1/4 final stage when they meet a Spanish or German team.

Well considering they're in a league with the so called greatest club side ever then I think I can forgive him.

Look at his record Pam both domestically and in Europe and compare it to Mancini's.

Who wins?

We are not hitting the heights that we did prior to Xmas last year. I'll go as far as saying we were poor from Dec to April last year and only perked up for the last 6 games

Poor for half-a-season and still champions, it's a bloody miracle. I honestly don't know what standards some of you lot are expecting. Wins are being regularly talked down as not good enough/lucky/fluke.

How is the weather in la-la land?

So:

a) Success

b) Failure

Moo

Or (c) Vestibule

Your choices are meaninglessly simplistic.
Meaninglessly simplistic. So do we need a convoluted, quantum mechanical equation to assess if our manager's tenure at the club has been a success or a failure?

Moo

Yeah but we as fans then say "well see how Barcelona or Madrid get on in Stoke on a Tuesday night in Feb".

My point was that no English team has achieved lower points in the Champions League than us this year and we are the current champions. We're surely better than fucking Ajax? Aren't we?
