It just goes to show what poor language might do though eh? Many people blamed the rhetoric around Brexit on the murder of Jo Cox, I don't really see how this is any different.

Anyway, not one to bring politics here, we don't know the facts and a man has been killed completely needlessly, it's just extremely sad.

It's true though. It's seems your forced to pick a side for everything from politics to tv shows, climate change to boxing and everyone's incredulous how the other side can think like they do. Education and social media i guess. The outliers of society more so than most.

After WW2, the philosophers like Karl Popper and Bertrand Russell were all of the same mind, and persuaded the world's leaders that in fact, it is fundamental to humans, and not merely the outliers, psychos, deviants.

It is the tinder box on which we all sit.

Plenty of people playing with matches in recent years.

Simple rule of thumb: Don't demand respect from your opponent. Give it.

I think we're about to discover that the reasons for his murder were political, but yeah, best to reserve judgement until the killer is named and their intentions are published.

It's quite incredible seeing people try to subtly (or not so subtly) score political points while condemning how out of hand politics is getting and posting RIP messages.

Perhaps lets leave the shit flinging for another day, until we know more about what's happened and the motivations behind it.
