I doubt there’s anything official but the bodies will definitely be buried somewhere, and you are right about the establishment up to a point. That equation isn’t limitless, if only for reasons of self preservation.Agreed but hopefully someone gets in there and looks at board minutes, emails, management meeting minutes etc, I am sure there’ll be some incriminating stuff if they care to look, but whether the establishment goes hard after the establishment is doubtful

Saw the TV series and was amazed and obviously appalled at the treatment of the Postmasters (and subsequently, their staff).I have no faith that the establishment will ever hold other members of the establishment to account, as I said in the previous post, but I can hope that they do
After reading your post and those of @gordondaviesmoustache I pondered about how you could possibly go about trying to provie it....but then came back to the very way in which they sought to charge the victims in this case. That being that they had signed off their accounts as being a true record.Agreed but hopefully someone gets in there and looks at board minutes, emails, management meeting minutes etc, I am sure there’ll be some incriminating stuff if they care to look, but whether the establishment goes hard after the establishment is doubtful
Dishonesty can be quite properly inferred from conduct, so it won’t be an impossible burden to discharge. After reading your post and those of @gordondaviesmoustache I pondered about how you could possibly go about trying to provie it
