Mr. Cook, Bellers understands loyalty....you should try it.

Very difficult for Bellers to honor MH (let's not pretend that the last three wins were all because we have a new coach who looks good in a scarf), and at the same time commit himself to Mancini and the future.

He does better PR than the rest of them because he really believes it. Not just a pro. He is a decent man.

Let's not pretend you know what you're talking about.

Mancini has actually only taken charge of two games, albeit, looking good in a scarf.

The fact you cite Richard Dunne and Mark Hughes as positives for the future of the club, also a little worrying.

Aside, forget the past, the future is brighter than it was just a month ago.

I will concede, Cook should keep his mouth shut, and allow his business acumen to speak volumes in future.

I think from reading the OP is from the USA, it probably looked to him that Hughes was doing ok.

To those of us that go to games, it was obvious there were major problems not being addressed, and things were getting worse. Mancini has done more tactically in two games than Hughes did in 18 months.

As for Cook, I would like to know if any other chief execs in the premiership spend as much time at club q & a nights, or supporters club branch meetings. He is never one to shy away from answering questions from supporters.

Yes he has made mistakes, but he has also shaken up the club and made it so much better. He is playing an integral part in the development of the business side, which will become more apparent in 2010.

If the press did not have a vendetta against him, nobody would have any issues with him.

Get on board and enjoy the ride.

can't understand why city fans keep calling somebody who is working for us, just get behind the club and move on.

Bellamy brings a refreshing honesty to interviews. He clearly believes what he says and just doesn't pontificate according to an SSN cue. Some might find it uncomfortable but I find it refreshing and invigorating.

As for our Garry, we might need to retitle that old favourite - Cups for Cock Ups to Cook's for Cock Ups or Cups for Cook Ups.

He might do a good job behind the scenes (dunno because it's errr... behind the scenes) but as a public representative of the club he's an embarrassment.

Is he?

OK! Thank you for your input!

\Agree he needs to go, the sooner the better!

Honestly, who cares any more?

This! Can the mods not put all these dull, reminiscing, historic posts and threads into one thread called "Goin on like a stuck record about Cook and the last manager we had" or perhaps just open a new "MH loyalty, blah fucking blah, Cooks a ruthless twat" forum.

This really is getting a bit tiresome. After the performance last night, you should be PRAISING our manager, not harping on and fucking on that it was en ex-employee that organised the defence, and Cooks a nobhead for sacking him. For the love of humanity, there is never any pleasing some people...it's painful to read.
