Muffin or Barm

It is actually a CHIP MUFFIN if you come fromm Manchester as it is regional dialect. It is a 'STOTTIE' in Middlesbrough, and a BARM is London for the exact same thing.
That is why on some American programmes you will hear them refer to an 'English Muffin from Gods only Country' that is what they are on about. True mancs say muffin, and anyone who says barm is clearly a cockney rag and a barm pot.


Amazing what a little bit of editing can do, spot on couldn't agree more.
