Those of the Muffin persuasion should find time to watch The Great British Bake Off this week, where you will see them being made and be able to watch a quick history of the said bread product. Needless to say, they look nothing like Barms.

Those are classic ENGLISH muffins. We have Manc or Lanc muffins!
