You lads just don't know when you are beaten, you know Teacakes and Muffins are the real deal, but just can't bring yourselves to admit defeat.

Barm cakes and oven bottom muffins are slightly different, oven bottom muffins always have an indentation in the middle and don't rise very much, we call barm cakes - tea cakes.
