Must see documentaries..

Thanks for the heads up Mr Splinter and we've just watched this. If anyone viewed Alex honnald's attempt to free climb El Capitan then your in for a similar treat.

The difference with the Alpinist is that Marc specialized in free climbing ice and snow capped mountains in incredibly hostile and unforgiving terrain. Also this docu is not just about his climbing attribute but centres more on the man himself and his relationships with all that encountered his positive vibe (energy).

An unbelievable character that never stopped smiling who was an inspiration to all. Even the small moments in the film were "super" impactful like him hula hooping with Heavy Duty and his interactions with that patagonian kid.

Rest in peace Marc-Andre Leclerc.

Really enjoyed this. Thanks for the recommendation

Just watched this after reading the recommendations on here . Absolutely awe inspiring. What a fearless character and a gentle soul. I was tearing up near the end.

The Alpinist on SKY if you like mountain climbing or any interest on super human feats check this out, makes Free Solo look like child’s play !
