Some players get dispensation others dont. Some players after poor performances we are reliably told are "confidence players" and so if they get rotated and dont play well its Mancinis fault. Kolarov is all to often an easy target.

He struggled last season - like most new signings. Up to his injury this season he was one of our best players. There was nothing to choose between him and Clichy

The difference with Clichy and Kolarov is that Kolarov struggles in high tempo games and especially when the opponent press high.
Clichy doesn't. Despite Kolarov's size, he is still weak in the air. Very disappointing signing. There aren't enough good LB's in the world.

I'd prefer it if our back four and Hart was the same (barring injuries) every PL match.
