I make dinner and I don't tell her it's ready or even offer her any, I just leave it on the counter in case she wants to eat it.

My last one was two faced. If we went out socially then she was life and soul of the party. Everyone saying how charming she is. All I got was a spiteful, argumentative woman who was lazy and workshy.

If I ever meet another and it gets serious then I’m keeping my little flat for me. I’d get another place for us but have another home in case things go belly up.

Had a similar problem with my missus
Nothing I did for her was ever enough and I just kept on raising the bar the more I did
After another rant out of nowhere and for fuckall I sat her down and told her I wanted a divorce.
She was actually gobsmacked and broke down and couldn’t understand what she’s done wrong.
That was 5 years ago, and although she’s not perfect( no one is) she’s much better.
We’ve managed to survive anyway
I’ve stopped doing all that shite now and we share jobs in the house, I can have an opinion without her getting her own way everytime or sulking, my family no longer treads on egg shells when she’s around.
I think the main problem is some women like strong willed men and not easy going do anything to keep the peace types.

I def agree though most women are fucking insane and tbh at my age 63 if we did divorce I don’t think I’d be that bothered.

That's why i said if she hasn't always been that way. I don't know a lot about bipolar. I assume you don't just become it?
My wife was loving and calm. Then she changed.
Nothing i did was good enough.
A few blood tests found the problem. Getting her to go to the doctors was the hard bit.
