If we dont sell out for this then its piss poor. Fuck off with the list of excuses, kids, mortgage, fuel, car, bills etc. We have been waiting for this for fucking years. I cant really afford the money to go, so i did some extra shifts to afford it. Its £25 for a Champions League ticket. Those who dont go to this, hang your head in shame, there will be no excuses. Its at times like this when the scum take the piss out of "little old city" and justifiably so if we cant sell out. Very poor.
Tell you what; you reimburse me for the air fare, a night's accommodation and the loss of two days wages and I'll gladly travel over. Hell, I'll even pay for my own ticket. I can't say fairer than that. Okay? It shouldn't cost you much more than around £300.

stop using your paid holidays up for proper vacations, swim across the irish sea and sleep on a park bench= sorted ;).

I live in Wales, so can't buy them online?

Don't think you can do this unless you have the basic Blue membership at least. You could try phoning the ticket office/supporter services (0161 444 1894) and asking if its possible to buy a ticket without membership and pick it up on the day.

Using them up? We get two weeks off in the summer and two weeks at Christmas. They can't be taken when you want them. As for me swimming; no chance. I don't want to get my fingertips all wrinkly and ruin my main enjoyment.

Needlepoint, before you say!

Re: 28k (ish) for Napoli?

Fucking hell.

If we come home from the game and there was loads of empty seats fair enough have a moan. But moaning about empty seats WAY before a game? Jesus can I have next weeks lottery numbers?

Just giving ragcafe an excuse to laugh at us

Re: 28k (ish) for Napoli?

Just ordered my tickets in 118 and there wasnt many tickets that i saw in the lower levels (didnt look at family stand), when it gets closer and the attention turns to the game, tickets will sell.

Chill your beef

I had an educated guess that that was the case Liam. However, he didn't actually specify and he seemed to make a blanket dig at supporters as a whole. It isn't always that easy to get to games. Impossible to know people's individual circumstances.

You're just turning into a parody of yourself now. Give it up.

Quite why you are determined to blame a load of 8 year olds that can't make midweek games because you and other grown ups can't be arsed to sing louder is beyond me

whatever.

If there are empty seats then that's a bad thing.

if there are empty family stand seats then you have to question why it's so big and at one end when it doesn't work, which it doesn't.so you give it up as you're wrong.

You do know that the family stand is now only the second Tier, i sit in the second myself. from personal experience, and chat's with the people in the ticket office, its around 80% SC holders in their.

The family stand work's fine enough, we have a decent atmos, and the people i sit near are all great.

Your personal witch hunt on the family stand isnt justifyed this year mate.

And for the rest..... have you really not taken any notice of this board over the years, the seat selection screen cant be used as a reliable guide. They only release certain sections at any time, plus the sections that go to other agencies.
the lower tier is family stand as well mate, me and my 8 year old are in the lower tier and its deffo family stand(and yes we are going to the Naopli game). As for ticket sales online, isnt it the case that you cant buy tickets for the family stand online, only over the phone or in person at ticket office, unless they have changed this for the CL games!

Re: 28k (ish) for Napoli?

Hi, new member.

I've recently moved to Manchester from Scotland. I purchased a blue membership with match ticket priority, but was unable to purchase tickets online for the Napoli game for some reason. It was giving me a message basically saying I'd purchased too many tickets for the game, when I hadn't even bought one!

I sent an email about it and had no reply, so had to call them today. They weren't very much help on the phone, basically said it was a fault and I could buy a ticket over the phone if I wanted (but including the £2.50 booking fee).

Wondering if anyone had the same problem? Bought my ticket though, looking forward to my first City game! :)
