Why though?
It's cheap enough and our first ever CL game...I'm not normally one to be arsed about who turns up to a game, but it will be embarrassing if we don't sell out for this.
Admit it, when the CL theme tune plays before the match and you're looking at masses of empty seats round you, you'll feel shite. I know I will.
FFS, how long have we waited for this? and now people can't be bothered turning up.
We have a lot of armchair fans now and plenty of people who are happy with watching in the pub nowadays...why?
Oh hello ! Now I see why defend El Kun.

The North Stand tickets are on sale online. Have a look for yourself.eastlands oasis said:Will people STOP judging how many tickets are left in the family stand from the seat planner on the website....you can't book tickets online for the family stand, the seat planner on the website bares no reflection on availability in there, it could be full for all anyone knows! So please stop saying it is the family stand that is fucking things up, I would say it will be as full as the rest of the ground!

The initial points criteria that are being set for matches are wildly over optimistic. I know fans who missed the CS because when they saw the initial points criteria they just assumed that they wouldnt get a ticket. By the time they realised that it wouldnt sell out they'd made other commitments for the weekend.
And to put an article on the OS headlined "Napoli Close To Selling Out" if that wasnt the case would be criminal. Firstly the club should not be lying to fans, especially not now when it has something of a cedibility/image problem following e-mailgate.
Secondly, that sort of message might make a few people who were already planning to go hurry up and buy their tickets, but it will also make some who are in two minds about going decide not to bother. It gives the impression that getting a ticket will be a problem when really the club should be doing everything possible to make it easy.

If there is a concern about selling out the Napoli match how come you still need 70 points to get a ticket?
I am in Manchester until Tuesday and would have considered staying on a day before returning to Edinburgh but I cannot buy a ticket as I don't have 70 points.

exactly mate, I'm 25 short even though there are seats to be filled and it's only 3 or 4 days away. And I can't buy three more tickets because the carling cup game against brum isn't available for me yet!
Does anyone think that they'll drop the points criteria if seats remain?
